New VSS Mini Spring Machine Boosts Capacity

This morning, we were delighted to welcome the arrival of our latest VSS mini spring machine at our specialist manufacturing facility in Rotherham, marking yet another step in our ongoing capital investment strategy.

Our VSS mini springs offer a unique combination of performance and sustainability:

Independently enclosed springs reduce motion transfer and minimise settlement
Can be used in unlimited combinations to increase resilience and comfort
Improves air circulation and can be layered as a cost-effective solution to boost overall mattress coil counts
Cost effective alternative to foam and fibre layers
Fully recyclable – made from just two raw materials
Ideal within pillow type products or can be used within the main mattress body to create multiple layers

This latest investment expands our capacity and ensures we continue to provide a true ‘just in time’ service – a core Wolf value from day one.
